Tresco is a natural tonic in itself, set among the natural beauty and splendour of the Isles of Scilly archipelago. Tresco Island Spa complements its location perfectly – the ultimate destination to discover true relaxation and time to be; an escape from the stresses of day to day life.
Due to government guidance, we are sorry to say that Tresco Island Spa, the Sea Garden leisure facilities, our outdoor pools and the Yoga Studio will remain closed for the time being.
This will be kept under constant review, and these facilities will be reopened as soon as government and industry guidance permits.

About the Spa
Our beautifully appointed Spa features an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym. For those seeking the ultimate in relaxation, our expert therapists are on hand to talk through our wide range of treatments, from a simple pedicure to a marine flora body wrap.
The Spa also manages the bookings for the nearby astro-turf tennis courts and can lend you racquets and balls.

Treatments
We use ila spa products for most of our treatments. They are ethically sourced from around the world and are free of synthetic chemicals as all the ingredients come from plants or minerals.
From the moment you arrive for your treatment we’ll take care of your every need, providing a luxury robe to slip over your bathing costume or underwear before you make your way to our relaxation area. Prior to your appointment your therapist will talk through your needs to ensure you get the most from your treatment. After your treatment you’ll be free to enjoy a refreshment in the relaxation area where you can sample the ila products, read a magazine, or simply let your thoughts drift away.
