Once you have made your booking, let us know how we can make your stay perfect...
Please inform us of any requirements for your cottage such as cots and highchairs. Also, if you are expecting any parcels, let us know so that we may take them from our store to your cottage before your arrival. The cottage will usually be set up as one double room and the remainder as twins (all beds have feather pillows). If you require a different configuration, please request this before your arrival day to ensure that we are able to oblige.
If we have not booked your travel, we will also need to know your arrangements via this form. Complete your arrival form here.
If you are renting a cottage we require you to have holiday cancellation insurance to cover your balance as per our rental terms and conditions. We also highly recommend all our guests have insurance to cover travel delay as travel to the island can be affected by adverse weather. If you do not have your own insurance cover, we can provide comprehensive insurance for cancellation and delay. For more information about the Tresco Travel Insurance Scheme, please click here or call the Island Office on +44 (0)1720 422849.
If you would like a daily paper set aside for you during your stay, please give Tresco Stores & Deli the details below. Please be advised that we are reliant on the Skybus and boats to deliver our papers so the time of their arrival is affected by factors such as the weather, and therefore we cannot guarantee paper orders.
If you are arriving on the island late in the day, you can complete a pre-order list of essential groceries which will be in your cottage when you arrive. You may also wish to consider the excellent Dine at Home menu.
You may pre-order your bicycles for any number of days during your stay. Please submit this form as soon as possible to help ensure that we have sufficient stock to fulfil your order. For more information about hiring a bicycle please click here.
