We don't receive this information from your travel provider, so please be sure to let us know your itinerary so we can be there to meet you.

A Note on Deliveries
We recommend against sending items to Tresco, particularly by courier, as these are likely to be delayed. Indeed, they usually arrive after guests have returned home!
"Guaranteed" delivery dates are almost always inaccurate, and a delivery receipt usually means the parcel has arrived at the courier's Cornwall depot or Penzance Quay. From there, it can take several days or often weeks to reach us. We have no control over this, nor can we provide any information on the location of your parcel. If you do send goods ahead, we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays incurred.
Once the item arrives on the island, a handling charge of £5 per box/item applies.
