With its cool and versatile interior, salty sea views and all the island facilities on the doorstep, our brand new studio space is perfect for everything from yoga practice to a corporate retreat.
Upstairs at The Flying Boat restaurant, the Studio enjoys stunning sea views across New Grimsby Harbour toward neighbouring Bryher.
The adaptable space can be set out with everything from yoga mats to conference tables but whatever the event, the view out of the picture windows will ensure it's a memorable one.

The perfect space for yoga, Pilates, exercise classes and so much more, the Studio is available for hire on an hourly, half-day, or full-day basis.

Flooded with natural light and with breathtaking views across the harbour, this is a space that will prove both inspirational and memorable.
With over 400 square feet of floor space, this versatile room can comfortably accommodate around 50 people in theatre seating or around 15 people in a boardroom style. There's a cosy seating area perfect for break-outs, superfast WiFi, and downstairs the Flying Boat Café & Deli can provide everything from morning coffee to a picnic lunch.
At the end of the day, step outside the door to relax amidst Tresco's subtropical gardens, luxurious spa, award-winning accommodation, beachfront restaurants or sheer natural beauty.
