Spa Therapist

Department: Tresco Island Spa
Salary: From £13.50 per hour, dependent on experience
Benefits: Tips and accommodation
Hours: 40-45 hours per week, with 2 days off
Contract Length: Seasonal, March to October (dates can be flexible)
The Role
As part of our small Island Spa team, you will be providing luxurious treatments, using both ila and our local Phoenix and Providence products, to the highest standard, meeting the established benchmark of excellence. You will ensure that all clients complete the necessary health assessment forms before using any facilities, and answer any queries that guests may have prior, during or after their treatment.
All leisure facilities, treatment rooms and public areas will need to be kept immaculately clean and tidy at all times, in order to create a relaxing and tranquil ambience. Other leisure duties will also be required, including manning the front desk, answering phone calls and emails, taking payments and making treatment bookings. Conducting pool testing and working with chemicals will also come into your regular duties; training will be provided for this.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Have recognised qualifications in Beauty & Holistic Therapy (essential)
- Be experienced in a Leisure Spa environment
- Speak English fluently
- Be very well-presented and have excellent customer service skills
