Department: Hell Bay Hotel
Salary: From £13.00 per hour, dependent on experience
Benefits: Tips, accommodation and all meals provided
Hours: 40-45 hours per week, with 2 days off
Contract Length: Seasonal, March to October (dates can be flexible)
The Role
As a part of our small island team, you will be responsible for treating our guests to the finer luxuries of their stay. You’ll be responsible for providing treatments to a high standard, meeting the established benchmark of excellence.
You’ll ensure the treatment shed is kept clean and tidy and presented to the highest standards, ensuring a relaxing and tranquil ambience from the moment clients arrive. You’ll ensure all necessary health assessment forms are completed and answer any queries that guests may have prior, during or after their treatment.
In this role, bookings for treatments will also need to be taken, and you may be required to involve yourself, as part of a small team, in other hotel departments when required.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Have recognised qualifications in Beauty & Holistic Therapy
- Speak English fluently
- Be very well presented and have excellent customer service skills
