Salary: From £13.20 per hour, dependent on experience

Hours: Full Time, 40-48 hours per week
Contract Length: 9-12 months (dates can be flexible)
The Role
We’re looking for hardworking and detail-focused Cleaning Supervisor to join our friendly team on the beautiful island of Tresco. In this hands-on role, you will supervise and assist in cleaning guest accommodation on the island, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.
You’ll be involved in training and supporting the housekeeping team, ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are being met. You’ll help identify any maintenance or decorative issues and report them immediately to our Services team, as well as help maintain cleaning equipment.

Our Ideal Candidate
- A perfectionist with a keen eye for detail
- Ideal job for couples to apply for in pairs
- Experienced in or have good knowledge of housekeeping
- Good at working efficiently as part of a team
- Willing to undergo any training provided to assist in the role
- Well-presented and maintain smart appearance (uniform is provided)
- Consistently hard working, flexible and enthusiastic
- Competent at cycling to efficiently travel between cottages
