From here, the sea is a constant presence, shifting with the tide and drawing the eye out towards the Eastern Isles and Round Island Lighthouse.

Inside, it’s light-filled and generous, with space to spread out and settle in. The large open-plan kitchen and dining area forms the heart of the house - made for long, sociable meals - while a separate sitting room offers somewhere quieter to retreat to as the day softens. And then there’s the sunroom: bright, airy, and gently connected to the outside, it’s a place to sit with the changing sky and simply watch the weather move through.

Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms look out towards the sea, giving a sense of calm and space, while oak floors, underfloor heating and a log burner bring an easy, understated comfort throughout.

Sleeping up to ten, Sunfish suits larger families or groups of friends sharing time together, with a layout that offers both sociable spaces and quieter corners when you need them.

Outside, doors open onto a raised terrace, the view widening as you step out - a place for early coffee in the morning light, or long, unhurried meals looking out to sea. The Sea Garden lawns and shoreline lie just beyond, with the Ruin Beach Café and spa facilities only moments away.

But it’s the sense of space that stays with you - sea on two sides, light moving through the house, and the easy, unhurried feeling of being right on the edge of it all.

There’s a ‘secret’ path next to the indoor pool, leading to a rocky outcrop just above the Sea Gardens. The views from this spot are quite something!
