The Cottage

Located at the Sea Garden Cottages at Old Grimsby, this beautiful property certainly makes the most of its location.

The open plan kitchen, living room and dining room feels wonderfully spacious and airy thanks to its vaulted ceiling, and is bathed in natural light from the large picture window.

The view from the living room and master bedroom have to be seen to be believed; the far-reaching vista across Old Grimsby bay towards the Old Blockhouse will take your breath away.

The property features oak flooring in the living area, original artwork and antique features throughout, under-floor heating, excellent sea views, a patio area with BBQ, dining set and loungers, wi-fi broadband and Sky TV.

The Ruin Beach Cafe, Sailing School and indoor pool are a stone's throw away. A tennis court is, quite literally, on the cottage doorstep.


Our cottages are well-equipped with a comprehensive inventory, which includes kitchen appliances and equipment, bathrobes, hair dryers, and an outdoor BBQ with tools. Bathrooms come complete with 100 Acres shampoo, body wash and hand soap.

This property comes equipped with a dishwasher. There is no washing machine at the property, however laundry facilities are available centrally with a small cost payable per load.

Conveniently located in the Sea Gardens, you’ll have the Ruin Beach Cafe, an indoor pool, tennis courts and the Sailing School on your doorstep.

Marginally further afield, walks aplenty await your footsteps, whether you’re looking to cruise the coastline or scramble heather-clad hills.
