The Cottage
At the heart of the cottage is its long, open-plan living space - a wonderfully sociable stretch of kitchen, dining and sitting room, made for time together after days on the beach. A vaulted ceiling gives the room a lovely sense of height and air, while the large picture window draws your eye straight out to the sea. From slow breakfasts to relaxed suppers and evenings by the log burner, this is a space shaped by light, comfort and the ever-changing view.
Seagrass sleeps up to eight, with three double or twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed available on request. The master bedroom enjoys its own sea views, offering a quiet glimpse of the water before the day begins. Flexible zip-linked beds can be arranged as superking or twin by prior request, while an ensuite shower room and separate bathroom make the layout practical for families or friends sharing.
Outside, the patio offers an easy spot for coffee, barbecues, reading in the sun, or simply taking in the view. Beyond the cottage, Old Grimsby’s rhythm is close at hand: The Ruin Beach Café, Hut 62 Boat Hire and indoor pool are just a stone’s throw away, with the tennis court quite literally on the doorstep.

Our cottages are well-equipped with a comprehensive inventory, which includes kitchen appliances and equipment, bathrobes, hair dryers, and an outdoor BBQ with tools. Bathrooms come complete with 100 Acres shampoo, body wash and hand soap.
This property comes equipped with a dishwasher. There is no washing machine at the property, however laundry facilities are available centrally with a small cost payable per load.
