The Cottage
Set at the Sea Garden on Tresco’s eastern shore, Samphire looks out across the water towards the uninhabited isles, the light shifting gently over the harbour and beyond. Facing south-east, it catches the day as it unfolds - soft mornings, brighter afternoons, and a steady sense of the sea never far away.
Inside, the feel is relaxed but considered - contemporary, with just enough character in the details. Open-plan living spaces and generous bedrooms give it an easy flow, while wide windows keep the view close, even when you’re indoors.
Sleeping eight, it suits families or friends sharing time together, with three comfortable bedrooms and a sociable living space that feels both open and settled.
Outside, a small terrace sits just off the living space - a quiet spot for coffee or something simple to eat, framed by coastal planting. Beyond, the cottage opens directly onto the Sea Garden lawn, so space stretches out in front of you - somewhere to wander, to sit in the sun, or to drift down towards the water.

Our cottages are well-equipped with a comprehensive inventory, which includes kitchen appliances and equipment, bathrobes, hair dryers, and an outdoor BBQ with tools. Bathrooms come complete with 100 Acres shampoo, body wash and hand soap.
This property comes equipped with a dishwasher. There is no washing machine at the property, however laundry facilities are available centrally with a small cost payable per load.
