The Cottage

The first floor of this characterful rural hideaway consists of a convenient family kitchen and a combined living and dining space, welcoming, homely, and warmed by a log burner on chilly autumn evenings. Tucked further away is a downstairs bedroom with ensuite. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom overlook the colourful wilds of the back garden.

The back door opens onto a patio with garden furniture, and the lawn runs away from the house through a kempt jungle of flowers, shrubs and towering trees giving the space privacy.

Rowesfield is located in a quiet, rural spot, with central island amenities approximately 15 minutes away on foot.

Facilities

Our cottages are well-equipped with a comprehensive inventory, which includes kitchen appliances and equipment, bathrobes, hair dryers, and an outdoor BBQ with tools. Bathrooms come complete with 100 Acres shampoo, body wash and hand soap.

This property comes equipped with a dishwasher. There is no washing machine at the property, however laundry facilities are available centrally with a small cost payable per load.

The Location

Rowesfield is a sanctuary for those who value peace and privacy. Although the island’s central amenities are just a short cycle away, you’ll feel totally disconnected from any hustle and bustle.

Shady woodland walks aplenty trickle away from the cottage gate, and Pentle Bay’s beachy bliss is within striking distance.
