The open-plan living space downstairs overlooks New Grimsby sound, with double doors out onto a glorious sun terrace.
Tresco Stores, the island’s spa, and the Flying Boat cafe-deli are all within the immediate surroundings of the cottage. Also close by are two outdoor tennis courts, and New Grimsby quay - your island-hopping base.
Cycle along the coast to the Abbey Garden or discover more gorgeous beaches - Appletree and Pentle Bays are two island favourites, just ten minutes away by bike.

On wilder days, take in the view out to Shipman Head at the end of Bryher, and watch the waves crashing against the headland.

Perched proudly atop Farm Beach, these New England style cottages enjoy expansive views across the harbour toward Bishop Rock lighthouse, Bryher's Shipman Head and Cromwell's Castle. Many even have direct access to the safe and sandy beach below. Taking their name from the World War I seaplane base that made this sandy perch their home, today, these beachfront pads are among the islands' finest accommodation.
Situated at the heart of the village, you'll enjoy access to the neighbouring Tresco Island Spa and tennis courts throughout your stay. The Abbey Garden is also yours to explore, just a 20-minute stroll away, or why not head to St Mary's for a round of Gold on surely England's most picturesque course?
