Built on the site of a former World War One flying boat station, this contemporary New England style beachfront cottage sleeps up to six people across three generous bedrooms.
The open-plan living space downstairs overlooks New Grimsby sound, with double doors out onto a glorious sun terrace.
Our Favourite Thing
On wilder days, take in the view out to Shipman Head at the end of Bryher, and watch the waves crashing against the headland.

Our cottages are well-equipped with a comprehensive inventory, which includes kitchen appliances and equipment, bathrobes, hair dryers, and an outdoor BBQ with tools. Bathrooms come complete with 100 Acres shampoo, body wash and hand soap.
This property comes equipped with a dishwasher. There is no washing machine at the property, however laundry facilities are available centrally with a small cost payable per load.

The Location
Tresco Stores, the island’s spa, and the Flying Boat cafe-deli are all within the immediate surroundings of the cottage. Also close by are two outdoor tennis courts, and New Grimsby quay - your island-hopping base.
Cycle along the coast to the Abbey Garden or discover more gorgeous beaches - Appletree and Pentle Bays are two island favourites, just ten minutes away by bike.
