Family-friendly Merrick is settled just above the white sands of Farm Beach. Sleeping eight, it enjoys sea views and proximity to the island’s central amenities.
Aside from a spacious ensuite bedroom, the downstairs space consists of a generous curve of living area – find the family sprawled across the comfy corner sofa, scattered across the dining table and rustling up a feast in the kitchen. Access the private garden from both downstairs bedroom and lounge area.
Upstairs bedrooms enjoy vast views towards the Abbey Drive and out across the Tresco Channel to the uninhabited island of Samson.
By day, you’ll dip in and out of the outdoor pool just across the road, or spend hours searching for shells on Flood Hatch and Farm Beaches. At dusk, take a short walk to the Flying Boat for a sundowner cocktail.
Our Favourite Thing
From time to time you’ll have friendly neighbours in the field next door – the island’s herd of cattle, or perhaps horses.
