Downstairs, an open plan kitchen/dining room leads onto a cosy sitting room with a log burner. A separate utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as a separate television room with a sofa bed, make this the perfect family escape. Outside, there are landscaped gardens to the front and rear, perfect for an afternoon in the company of a good book.

Upstairs are three ocean-facing bedrooms, with the master bedroom enjoying access to an ensuite and the other two a generous family bathroom perfect for a soak in the tub after a long day on the beach. Each bedroom enjoys far-reaching views across the harbour to the neighbouring island of Bryher, uninhabited Samson and, in the distance, the Bishop Rock Lighthouse.
