The Cottage
Barn Flat’s elevated position results in fantastic views from all angles; all three bedrooms look out across fields and green space to catch shimmering glimpses of the Tresco channel, while the living space draws you through to picture windows with immersive views across the pool. Step outside onto the balcony and get lost amongst island nature.
The outdoor space is split in two, with a small lawn space bordering the front door, ideal for sun worshippers. A few metres away is a separate patio enveloped in colourful blooms throughout the spring and summer – here you’ll find your outdoor dining space.

Our cottages are well-equipped with a comprehensive inventory, which includes kitchen appliances and equipment, bathrobes, hair dryers, and an outdoor BBQ with tools. Bathrooms come complete with 100 Acres shampoo, body wash and hand soap.
This property comes equipped with a dishwasher. There is no washing machine at the property, however laundry facilities are available centrally with a small cost payable per load.
The Location
Aside from its enviable position perched on the edge of the Great Pool, Barn Flat is also close to Flood Hatch and Farm beaches – both great spots for kayaking, paddle boarding, or simply basking in the sunshine.
The Abbey Garden is easily reached for an afternoon’s explorations, and Tresco Stores and the spa are almost on Barn Flat’s doorstep.
