Islander's Festival of Wellness Offer
Join the Festival of Wellness (14th–23rd March 2026) and celebrate the spring equinox with a programme of island-led wellbeing - from yoga and beach saunas to garden tours and foraging walks.
Our exclusive Islander Offer makes it easier for residents across the archipelago to enjoy the festival, especially early morning and evening sessions. Stay at The New Inn with over 40% off our standard rate and no minimum stay. Valid for stays from 13th – 24th March 2026 inclusive.
Your stay includes breakfast each morning, as well as access to Tresco Island Spa and the Abbey Garden throughout your stay. Festival events are bookable separately - please see the Festival page for details.

Year-Round Islander Accommodation Discount
Full-time residents of the Isles of Scilly can enjoy 25% off our standard accommodation rates throughout the year.
This exclusive Islander discount applies to stays in our cottages, at The New Inn, and in our Sea Garden Apartments and stays include access to Tresco Island Spa and the Abbey Garden.
The 25% discount is available to book from two weeks prior to arrival and must be reserved directly with the Island Office by calling 01720 422849 or emailing us.
Islander Offer Terms & Conditions
Islander Offers are available only on the advertised dates, subject to availability and booking criteria. Offers may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Islander Offer rates are exclusively available to permanent residents of the Isles of Scilly. Proof of residency may be required at the time of booking. These offers apply to new bookings only.
Accommodation and island facilities may be used solely by the named guests included in the booking. Any additional guests must be declared to Tresco Island Limited prior to arrival and may incur an additional charge. Use of accommodation and/or facilities by anyone not listed on the booking may result in the full standard rate becoming payable and refusal of future bookings at the Islander Offer rate.
Please note that some cottage weeks are timeshare owned, and these offers are not applicable to those weeks. Please speak to the Island Office to confirm availability.
Some facilities and amenities are unavailable during the winter months. We recommend checking availability prior to booking.
