Having surveyed the Isles of Scilly since 1975, Dr Ian Beavis is an entomologist well versed in the beauty of our smallest island residents. Ian is research curator at the Amelia Scott museum in Tunbridge Wells and an expert on pollinators. Back for another year, he will work alongside beekeeper Jilly Halliday to carry out out an entomological survey of St Nicholas' and showcase what thrives in our wild churchyard.
