Tresco Makers Market
Join a host of talented islanders for the regular Tresco Makers Markets - a community event supporting makers, showcasing local creative talent and raising money for our local community centre.
The Makers' Market was the brainchild of islander, mum and maker Ellie Tabron, who - as the islands emerged from lockdowns and the pandemic - wanted to celebrate local talent and creativity.
The monthly Makers' Markets are now a staple of the island calendar and feature everything from children's clothing to wall art, jewellery to woodwork.
Markets are held along the Sea Wall at New Grimsby unless the weather decides not to play ball - in which case, we seek shelter in the sanctum of the Flying Boat Studio.
The 2024 Market dates are:
