Come along to Flood Hatch beach for a pop-up on the sand with guest chef James Strawbridge and our very own Jess Hughes – head chef at the Ruin Beach Café

Featuring the very best of Tresco produce, James and Jess will be cooking some delicious flat breads and, along the way, will share their top tips for making the most of fresh produce and cooking in the elements. Get inspired by what they cook or try some for yourself with some flatbreads for sale after the cook.
To follow this savoury feast, there will also be hot chocolate and sweet treats available on the sand so you have all the fuel you need for an early afternoon adventure on the ocean floor!
