Open Water Swimming Masterclass with Sophie Hellyer

Join water-enthusiast Sophie Hellyer for a masterclass in open water swimming. A champion surfer in her late teens, Sophie is a qualified instructor for surfing, swimming, SUP, breath-work and yoga, as well as a beach lifeguard. Sophie will talk you through the basics and help you better your technique whilst getting the most out of being in the sea.

Sophie will confirm which Tresco beach the day before the event due to weather and tide.
