The information below refers to our usual operation and is subject to variation and change.
The Garden Café sits at the entrance to the Abbey Garden but many visit just to enjoy a refreshment or light bite on a walk around the island, or to browse our range of gifts, souvenirs, plants and fresh produce.
Featuring comfortable indoor seating and a sheltered suntrap courtyard on the fringes of the Abbey Garden, the Café is perfect to relax, unwind and watch the world - or the Red Squirrel families - go by.
Enjoy a morning coffee, or choose from our wide selection of teas served with delicious freshly baked scones for your cream tea in the afternoon.
The Garden Café is now closed for winter and will reopen in Spring 2021.
