Mornings at The Flying Boat begin with the smell of fresh pastries and Bryher Bakes, paired perfectly with Abbey Garden mint tea, a fresh fruit smoothie, or our rich Cornish Origin coffee.
From mid-May, we also open the kitchen for leisurely brunches; explore our seasonal, locally sourced menu - think a warm bacon brioche bap, Eggs Benedict, smashed avocado on sourdough or chalk stream hot smoked trout.
We’re passionate about working with local growers, bakers, farmers, and fishers. Every dish we serve celebrates seasonal ingredients and honest provenance - whether it’s Bryher Bake Box cakes, Abbey Garden mint tea, or our rich, smooth espresso blend from Origin Coffee in Cornwall.
