Whether it's pre-ordering your groceries and wine box, booking your bike hire or finding out what's on during your stay, there's plenty to keep busy minds occupied as you count down the days to your holiday.
We'd suggest starting by filling in our Pre-Arrival Form. We need this information so we can plan for your arrival (we don't receive your travel details from the travel providers and may not be there to transfer you to your accommodation if we don't know your itinerary). There's also the chance to let us know how you'd like your cottage set up, and any special requests. Please be sure to send us these details at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
Provided we have your travel details, we will make all the arrangements necessary to meet you on arrival and transfer you to your accommodation. For details of our transfer services, please see the relevant page for your travel method to the islands: by helicopter, by plane or by sea.
If you are sending goods to Tresco ahead of your arrival please label the items clearly with you're name, cottage name and arrival date. We do charge a small delivery fee of £5 per box/parcel for groceries to cover our transport and storage costs.
Please note that with couriers, a delivery notification usually means the parcel has reached Penzance and onward shipping to the islands can take considerably longer.
