Tresco Timeshare Relet
Tresco Estate can try and rent your week for you. There is a 20% commission (plus VAT) charge for this service. Please read the terms and conditions below, then complete and submit the request form.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Timesharer acknowledges that once Tresco Estate has taken a deposit from the renter then both the Timesharer and Tresco Estate are legally obligated to provide the week for the holiday.
Tresco Estate will provide written confirmation when the week is added to the availability list, and again when the week has been rented. It is the Timesharer's responsibilty to contact Tresco Estate if they have not received these confirmations.
The Flying Boat Club fees will be deducted from the total and then the rental proceeds - less 20% commission plus VAT - will be posted to the Timesharer in the month following the holiday. We will pay you by bank transfer so once we secure a renter we will contact you requesting your bank details.
Please be aware that the earlier your week is on the availability list, the greater the chances that we will find a renter for you. If it is less than 8 weeks before the start date, you may wish to reduce the price.
