The Cottage
Thoughts drift easily here - to passing ships, distant horizons and the quiet romance of island life. Cosy and full of character, Cliff Cottage feels shaped by the sea, its ocean outlook and gently irregular layout lending a sense of charm, shelter and discovery.
On the ground floor, an open-plan sitting and dining room forms the heart of the home - a welcoming space for slow mornings and unhurried evenings. A few steps lead to the elevated galley kitchen and bathroom, while the kitchen door opens onto a lush, secluded garden, rich with greenery and softly sheltered from the coastal breeze. Also tucked quietly away beside the sitting room is a comfortable twin room, perfect for little island adventurers.
Upstairs, two tranquil bedrooms and a bathroom look out across the harbour and open water. Each morning begins with soft light on the sea and the distant hush of waves - a gentle reminder that, here, the island sets the pace.

From its seafront perch, Cliff Cottage watches quietly over the Tresco Channel, where boats pass, and tides shift in an ever-changing rhythm.
The garden enjoys sweeping sea views, yet remains wonderfully secluded, sheltered behind a soft hedge that creates a sense of calm and privacy.
Just a short stroll away, The Flying Boat Cafe invites slow, sunlit breakfasts by the water, perhaps followed by a restorative hour at the nearby Island Spa - simple island pleasures, woven effortlessly into each day.

Our cottages are well-equipped with a comprehensive inventory, which includes kitchen appliances and equipment, bathrobes, hair dryers, and an outdoor BBQ with tools. Bathrooms come complete with 100 Acres shampoo, body wash and hand soap.
This property comes equipped with a dishwasher. There is no washing machine at the property, however laundry facilities are available centrally with a small cost payable per load.
