Salary: From £13.00 per hour, dependent on experience
Benefits: Accommodation included
Hours: Full Time, 40-48 hours per week
Contract Length: 9-12 months (dates can be flexible)
The Role
We’re looking for hardworking and detail-focused Cottage Cleaners to join our friendly team on the beautiful island of Tresco.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning guest accommodation to the highest standard, changing linen and ensuring it’s delivered to the laundry team, and ensuring each cottage is fully equipped and guest-ready through careful inventory checks.
You’ll also help identify and report any maintenance or decorative issues, as well as provide support with laundry duties and the cleaning of communal guest and staff areas across the island.

Our Ideal Candidate
- A perfectionist with a keen eye for detail
- Ideal job for couples to apply for in pairs
- Experienced in or have good knowledge of housekeeping
- Good at working efficiently as part of a team
- Willing to undergo any training provided to assist in the role
- Well-presented and maintain smart appearance (uniform is provided)
- Consistently hard working, flexible and enthusiastic
- Competent at cycling to efficiently travel between cottages
