Before you Arrive
Everything you need to arrange before you arrive — from sharing your travel plans and cottage preferences to ordering groceries, requesting bikes or reserving a table for supper.
Your first port of call is our Booking Portal. There, you can manage your reservation, view and settle any remaining balance and, most importantly, tell us how you’d like your stay to unfold.
You can also share your travel itinerary with us. We don’t receive arrival details from your transport provider, so this step ensures we’re there to meet you and arrange your onward transfer.
Simply click below to begin.
If you’d rather not log in, you can simply share these details using our pre-arrival form below - quick, straightforward, and just as helpful.

A Note on Deliveries
We strongly advise against sending items to Tresco in advance, particularly by courier, as they are often delayed - and not infrequently arrive after guests have returned home.
“Guaranteed” delivery dates rarely reflect island realities, and a “proof of delivery” usually means a parcel has reached a mainland depot or Penzance Quay, rather than Tresco itself. From there, it may take several days - sometimes weeks - to reach the island.
Unfortunately, this process is outside our control, and we’re unable to track or provide updates on individual parcels. If you do choose to send items ahead, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays.
Once a parcel does arrive on Tresco, a handling charge of £5 per box or item will apply.
