Front of House Supervisor
Join our 2026 season as a Front of House Supervisor, bringing your energy and service focus to our teams on Tresco and at the 3 AA Rosette Hell Bay Hotel on Bryher.
Department: The New Inn, Ruin Beach Café, The Flying Boat and Hell Bay Hotel
Salary: From £12.80 per hour, dependent on experience
Benefits: Tips, meals and accommodation
Hours: Full Time, 2 days off per week
Contract Length: Seasonal, March to October (dates can be flexible)
The Role
We’re seeking a confident, service-driven Front of House Supervisor to join our passionate team for the 2026 season.
You’ll lead by example in delivering warm, attentive hospitality - greeting guests, handling billing with precision, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless dining experience.
You’ll take pride in training and supporting team members, maintaining exceptional service standards, managing stock efficiently, and calmly juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment.
