Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen and dining room create an easy space for time together, leading through to a cosy sitting room with a log burner for slower evenings. A separate television room, with a sofa bed available on request, gives families a little more flexibility and space to spread out.

Upstairs, the views take centre stage. All three bedrooms face the water, each enjoying far-reaching outlooks across New Grimsby harbour towards Bryher, uninhabited Samson and, on clear days, the Bishop Rock Lighthouse beyond. The master bedroom has its own ensuite, while the two further bedrooms share a generous family bathroom — perfect for a long soak after a day on the beach.

Outside, landscaped gardens to the front and rear offer peaceful places to sit with a book, follow the comings and goings below, or simply enjoy the harbour air.
