Veronica Farm is a family owned and run business where old traditions still hold. The Taylor family started making fudge twenty four years ago on their farmhouse kitchen Aga. At Veronica Farm, Bryher, the Isles of Scilly.
They now have a purpose built fudge kitchen and still use traditional farmhouse methods.
