Diane Hadden

I have a strong love for colour and light in the natural landscape rooted back to a post-graduate year spent in Cyprus and travelling home across Europe by bicycle. My childhood was spent in the countryside in Northern Ireland and this is where I feel most at home. My recent November residency on Tresco provided a time of ease and contemplation to develop a relationship to the beautiful varied coastal paths and coves of Tresco. Spending days in the elements has anchored me more to my creative practice, providing much inspiration for future works.
