Murders, drinking songs, Cinderella stories, European tours, serene polyphony and candlelit rituals all feature in the evocative and story-driven programmes of Apollo’s Cabinet.
Showing that Early Music is anything but boring, Apollo's Cabinet are all about storytelling, drama and emotions.
Winners of the Royal Overseas League Mixed Ensemble prize, the Utrecht Oude Muziek Competition, and the Göttingen International Händel Competition, the group offers a signature blend of acting, dancing, poetry, and drama to bring historical performance to modern audiences.
Theatre Bar
The theatre bar will open 45 minutes before the performance, serving cold St Ives Brewery beers, Cornish cider, rosé wine, soft drinks, popcorn, crisps, and a range of snacks.
Hot food will also be available, including delicious steak pasties and vegan sausage rolls.
Both card and cash payments are accepted.
