The Cottage
Four bedrooms dotted throughout the property provide plenty of space for large groups. Downstairs, the kitchen-diner is well-equipped for rustling up holiday suppers, or barbecue on the terrace outside with a marine backdrop.
The lounge is set on a mezzanine allowing it to benefit from the evocative sea views on offer. On colder nights, fire up the log burner and watch the stars appear through the patio doors.
The Location
Swimmers will be spoilt for choice with both an outdoor pool and the island’s indoor spa pool on the doorstep, or, take advantage of the beachfront location and wild swim from Farm Beach below.
Dine at the Flying Boat nearby, serving exceptional coffee and light lunches, or explore further and find the island’s pub, the New Inn, along the harbourfront at New Grimsby.

Our cottages are well-equipped with a comprehensive inventory, which includes kitchen appliances and equipment, bathrobes, hair dryers, and an outdoor BBQ with tools. Bathrooms come complete with 100 Acres shampoo, body wash and hand soap.
This property comes equipped with a dishwasher. There is no washing machine at the property, however laundry facilities are available centrally with a small cost payable per load.
