The enveloping warmth of the log burner and coastal interiors will prove the perfect tonic, while the waterfront location and picture windows mean you'll live amongst island seas and skies without needing to leave the lounge.
If the weather’s on your side, wrap up and embark on a wintery walk where you’ll indulge in epic views from our coastline framed by golden bracken. Or pace the textured terraces of the Abbey Garden – all the more atmospheric when shrouded in a looming mist.
As the evening draws in, find peace and tranquillity at the neighbouring Tresco Island Spa – there’s something quite magical about the soft glow of the indoor pool when it’s chilly and dark outside. And on retreating to your cottage, let soundless Tresco nights be your sedative.
Break Details
Our Flying Boat and Sea Garden cottages are available at a special winter rate between the beginning of November 2021 and the end of February 2022 (excluding Christmas and New Year - please see our Festive Breaks).
Changeover days are flexible, and prices include access to Tresco Island Spa and unlimited entry to the Abbey Garden.
3 bedroom cottages are available at £1,495 per week and 4 bedroom cottages at £1,995 per week. To book, please contact our reservations team on 01720 422849 or via email.

The winter months are a wonderfully peaceful time on Tresco - a real sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of life. We're open all year round, but some parts of the island may be closed or operating on reduced winter hours in the winter. Over winter 2021/2, the Ruin Beach Café or Flying Boat Café and Deli will be open for drinking and dining while we make some exciting changes at The New Inn. Tresco Island Spa and the Abbey Garden will be open throughout the winter. The Garden Visitor Centre and Gallery Tresco will be closed.
