The Cottage
Downstairs, you’re welcomed into an open plan lounge/dining room - expect to spend evenings here gathered close to the log burner or clustered around the dining table to tuck into a feast of island produce. The kitchen is tucked away a little further into the property. There's also a single bedroom with a shower room on this floor.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with a family bathroom, and outside is a pretty stretch of private garden hidden at the back of the property. The lawn and patio are surrounded by unusual greenery thriving in this exotic location.
The Location
Ivy occupies a convenient spot, with short walks in opposite directions to our eateries. Choose from pizza, pasta and sharing platters at the Ruin or fish & chips and Tresco burgers at the New Inn. Or venture a little further to the Flying Boat for a slice of island wellness with a vibrant salad and smoothie.
The closest beach, gorgeous Green Porth, is just five minutes away.

Our cottages are well-equipped with a comprehensive inventory, which includes kitchen appliances and equipment, bathrobes, hair dryers, and an outdoor BBQ with tools. Bathrooms come complete with 100 Acres shampoo, body wash and hand soap.
This property comes equipped with a dishwasher. There is no washing machine at the property, however laundry facilities are available centrally with a small cost payable per load.
