Laid out across one floor, the three bedrooms are tucked away towards the back of the cottage leaving ample space for a vast open-plan kitchen, living and dining space. Picture windows and patio doors throw light into this area, and the high ceilings and exposed beams create a farmhouse feel.
On sunny days you’ll be spoilt for choice with a tempting outdoor pool and the sweeping sands of Flood Hatch beach both within minutes of the front door. If it’s overcast, spend a restful afternoon at the nearby Flying Boat Bistro – its cosy snug beckons you to treat yourself to a hot chocolate.
Dusky walks up nearby Cliff Fields as the sun’s setting – plenty of benches along the way for sitting and contemplating.
