Tresco Owners' Section

Our Islandshare & Timeshare Owners are a vital part of the island community. This page provides access to your Owner’s Portal, as well as important information, exclusive Owner Offers, and the opportunity to re-let or exchange your week.

We're implementing a brand new system, which will offer huge benefits to all guests - and particularly our Islandshare and Timeshare Owners.

Our new Owner's Portal currently lets you manage your ownership and view and settle your accounts online.

In time, additional functionality will be added, including the ability to re-let your weeks, provide us with your travel itinerary and let us know your cottage preferences. Keep an eye out for further updates in early 2024.

On Wednesday 20th December, we emailed all Islandshare and Timeshare Owners detailing how to register for the Owner's Portal. To start, click below.

If you cannot use your week, Tresco Estate can try and rent your week for you. There is a commission (plus associated VAT) charge for this service. Please complete and submit the request form below.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Owner acknowledges that once Tresco Estate has taken a deposit from the renter then both the Owner and Tresco Estate are legally obligated to provide the week for the holiday.
  • Tresco Estate will provide written confirmation when the week is added to the availability list, and again when the week has been rented. It is the Owner's responsibilty to contact Tresco Estate if they have not received these confirmations.
  • Timeshare Owners will have the Flying Boat Club fees deducted from the total and then the rental proceeds - less commission plus VAT - will be posted to the Owner in the month following the holiday. We will pay you by bank transfer so we will contact you requesting your bank details in the month your week commences.
  • Please be aware that the earlier your week is on the availability list, the greater the chances that we will find a renter for you. If it is less than 8 weeks before the start date, you may wish to reduce the price.

Internal Exchange

If you would like to try and swap your week for a week on Tresco at a different time of year, please complete and submit the form below. We will then add you to the Internal Exchange list and email you the current list.

Islandshare Internal Exchange Open

If you would like to try and swap your current Timeshare week for a week on Tresco at a different time of year, please complete and submit the form below with your preferred dates in the Additional Comments field. We will then add you to the Internal Exchange list and email you the current list.

Terms and Conditions Of Tresco Internal Exchange

  • It is the Timesharer's responsibility to contact other Timesharers and arrange their own exchange.
  • A successful exchange should be notified in writing to the Island Office immediately.
  • The Timesharer agrees for their details being made available to other Timesharers.
  • A Timeshare week cannot be on the Internal Exchange list and the Rental Availability list at the same time.
  • Tresco Estate cannot accept responsibility for any errors or mistakes arising from an Internal Exchange.
  • Please contact Tresco Estate in writing if you wish to come off the Internal Exchange list.
  • The Internal Exchnage list opens in July for the following year and only operates one year ahead.
  • There is no fee for being on the Internal Exchange list.
  • Timesharers remain responsible for the payment of their own Service Charge.
