These homegrown treatments are the result of a unique collaboration between our therapists and St Martin’s-based organic seaweed skincare brand Phoenix & Providence.

Born from hand-harvested Scillonian seaweed and sea salt, the products are rich in vitamins and minerals that will leave you feeling restored, relaxed and re-energised.

The Phoenix & Providence Experience

Infuses a sense of mindfulness and calm whilst strengthening and soothing the skin. The experience starts with an invigorating Sea Salt & Seaweed Scrub, followed by a deeply nourishing and relaxing full-body massage before a cleansing and rejuvenating facial with a seaweed-infused mud mask completes your experience. Hot Stone Therapy (Back or Full Body)

Warm Bamboo Back Massage

You will be asked to complete our health questionnaire and will receive a full consultation with a therapist. Please inform us on booking if you have a heart condition, suffer from high/low blood pressure, are pregnant or have any ailments or allergies. Please avoid alcohol prior to any treatment.

Certain treatments are available for persons under 16, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the treatment.

Although we offer relaxing experiences for expectant mothers, our treatments are not suitable for women in the first 12 weeks of their pregnancy.

24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment or the full cost will be charged. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to avoid your treatment time being reduced or cancelled with the full cost being charged.
