Swapping peace and tranquillity for fun and laughter, this year I took my family on my painting trip to Tresco. We flew into St. Mary’s and then sped across the water. With squeals of delight the three children declared that this was the best holiday they had ever before it had even begun. We had a mini February heatwave with pink light and blue skies that week, and I painted and sketched while they played and had fun. By the end of the week I think the children were right about the holiday, and this shows in the paintings I produced, but now I need a week off to relax!
