Former Abbey Chef and Freelance Chef Richenda Gurney brings her Kitchen to Tresco for one week only this July, offering freshly-prepared, home-cooked dinners to enjoy in your cottage...
"Hello - I'm Richenda and in 2013 I came to this beautiful island and worked as the Abbey Chef. I enjoyed two of the most fantastic years of my life, and Tresco gave me the opportunity to hone my skills in the kitchen, having completed a 10-week course at Leith's School of Food & Wine.
"I am now a freelance chef based in London, cooking everything from freezer fillers to dinner party feasts! For the last 3 months, I've been providing a delivery service for South West London, offering easy, home-cooked dinners that can be put straight into the oven for the whole family to enjoy.
I'm delighted to bring this to Tresco for the next week!"
All main courses are priced at £20 and desserts at £12, and are suitable for two adults.
