Creative Scilly: Legends & Myths
Established Cornish writer and folklorist Mike O’Connor shares extracts from his new book “Isles of Scilly Folk Tales”
Scilly has been its own unique land for centuries, apart from England, even apart from Cornwall, yet its folk tales have been poorly documented, until now.
Mike O'Connor shares stories from a land of shipwrecks and smugglers, priests and press-gang, kings and Vikingstold through the experience of a real 19th Century travelling storyteller.
Tuesday 26th October 2021 - 3pm - St Nicholas' Church, Tresco
Tickets also available on the door subject to availability, or in advance on 01720 620600 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
