Join invigorating Beach HIIT training and Bodyweight Circuits, or take on a personal training class with fitness enthusiast and qualified personal trainer Amelia Mills, all in the inspirational setting of Tresco Island.
Islander Amelia's passion for fitness has seen her involved in sport throughout her life, and now she shares that enthusiasm through her coaching. A qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Gym Instructor, TRX and Kettlebell instructor and Level 1 SUP instructor, Amelia has the passion and skills to help you achieve your fitness goals.
As well as fitness, Amelia is inspired by the stunning archipelago she has always called home; indeed, her life revolves around the ocean. From teaching Paddleboarding at The Sailing School, which she runs with husband Richard, to Personal Training sessions on the beach, Amelia is truly in her element on, in and around the water.

A fun, sweaty start to the day with a 30 - 45 minute, high-intensity training session involving short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods.
Think squat jumps, burpees, sprinter hops, jumping jacks and more. You won't need any equipment or experience - just plenty of energy!
Every Tuesday at 10am at Raven's Porth (in front of The Ruin Beach Café)

This class will help burn fat and build muscle using purely your own body weight as resistance.
This 45-60 min total body circuit includes a variety of classic bodyweight exercises to work your body from head to toe.
Some of the moves include plyometric jumping and other high-intensity moves, and all are welcome, as the exercises can be tailored to your fitness level.
