An energetic, fun circuit-style workout on the beach - the perfect way to kick-start the day!
This high-intensity training session involves short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods.
Think squat jumps, burpees, sprinter hops, jumping jacks and more. You won't need any equipment or experience - just plenty of energy, a drink and a towel.
Amelia is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Gym Instructor, TRX and Kettlebell Instructor, and Level 1 SUP instructor who has the passion and skills to help you achieve your fitness goals.
