A Little Lusciousness Feast Night
As part of the Taste of Scilly festival, Tresco Island welcomes top chef and food blogger Rosie Llewellyn for two special feast nights at The Flying Boat Bar & Bistro.
One of Grub Club's top rated chefs, Rosie holds A Little Lusciousness pop up restaurants and supper clubs at venues across Central and West London: fun filled evenings, with a feast of food, named as a pop up to try by Sheerluxe.
After the huge success of her 2016 Tresco popups, we're excited to be welcoming Rosie back to Tresco for two special Taste of Scilly Feast Nights on 22nd and 23rd September 2017.
How best to describe Rosie’s cooking style? Well in an interview with blogger Chiswick Mum, Rosie said: “We live in a world where even the most basic of food now has tens of ingredients in it, if not more. My food is about stripping that back to the basics, and serving top end produce that speaks for itself. The taste this produces is extraordinary, and it is so nice knowing exactly where the food has come from.”
Rosie’s menus are based on the seasons, and the sourcing of ingredients is hugely important to her, making Rosie the perfect choice for a Taste of Scilly feast night in celebration of the finest seasonal Scillonian produce.
She added: “It’s also all food that I would love to eat, as the minute I start making up menus that are based on anything else then I’ll lose all authenticity and passion behind my food.
