Neil Pinkett
Having spent the last fifteen years painting Tresco and the Isles, I've come to know them quite well. Every rock, tree and patch of sand is permanently recorded in drawing, painting and memory. If that was enough then I could paint everything in the studio from now on.
However, it's the senses that inform the finished pictures. An overwhelming sense of peace and tranquillity on one hand and total immersion in the raw elements on the other.
