WHEN YOU ARRIVE you will be met at your arrival point on the island without charge - whether that's the Heliport or one of the Quays. Just tell us when and where...
THERE ARE NO CHECK-IN FORMALITIES You will find the keys and a welcome letter on the tea tray in the kitchen. You will find a detailed cottage folder in the cottage, designed to help you get the most from your stay on the island. (You will have received a copy of this in your arrival pack)
YOUR COTTAGE IS FULLY-EQUIPPED with all sheets, towels and everything you need for a holiday - down to the last item. Electricity is metered.
YOUR ACCOUNT at the Estate Office may be used to charge items there or at Tresco Stores and the Abbey Gardens. You may also be able to run an account at the Island Hotel or New Inn - arrange with the staff on duty and settle at those establishments by the end of your holiday.
AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY we return you to your departure point on the island.
The Estate Office is open to give you assistance or advice from 0900 -1700 hrs each weekday, and from 1000-1200 hrs on Saturdays. Phone number is 01720 422849.
