Please submit this form as soon as possible to help ensure that we have sufficient stocks to fulfil your order.

The Bike Shed is open 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (closed for lunch 12.30-1.30) and 10.00am to 12.00 on Saturdays.
Payment should be made at the Estate Office.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BIKE HIRE
  • Pre-ordering bicycles & additional items does not guarantee that stocks will be available.
  • Bicycles reserved for you will be held until 12 o' clock midday following the expected day of collection, and will be charged from the start of the reservation period.
  • The hirer is responsible for the safe return of the bicycle to the Bike Shed at the end of the rental period. Failure to return the bicycle may result in additional hire charges being levied.
  • All bicycles are ridden at your own risk.
  • The hirer is at all times personally liable for any accident that they may cause or damage to people or property.
  • Please ensure that all members of your party know how to use the brakes correctly.
  • No bicycle may be taken off the Island, or onto any of the beaches.
  • In the interests of ecology, it is not permitted to cycle on the heathlands to the north of New Grimsby quay or past Gimble Porth beyond the Island Hotel.
  • Bicycles may only be used during daylight hours.
  • Nametags should always remain on the bike. This helps both you and us to identify the correct bikes. We recommend the use of bicycle locks, which are available at the bike shed.
  • Please be aware that pedestrians always have right of way.
  • Cyclists should be aware of tractors and transport vehicles and should dismount to let tractors pass.
  • The carrier racks must not be used for carrying people - they are not strong enough for this.
  • We reserve the right to charge for repair, including punctures, in cases of misuse .
