Situated at New Grimsby Harbour, Gallery Tresco was formerly an old boathouse. Converted in 1992, the Gallery has built a reputation for showing art exhibitions from some of Cornwall's leading contemporary artists, and also giving exposure to those less established.

To see examples of some of the artists' work please refer to the artwork pages.  Visitors to the Island may be interested to view the Tresco Art Collection some of which is on display at the Island Hotel, Hell Bay and at the Flying Boat Club.

Visit the new Tom Leaper Sculpture Exhibition at the Tresco Abbey Garden.

Gallery Tresco also houses a fabulous selection of ceramics, sculpture, studio glass, jewellery, clothing, prints, gifts and cards. New jewellery featured for 2010 is silverwork by Joseph Lamsin of Cornwall joining other local jewellers Emily Nixon, Rose Cecil and Vanessa Robson.

The Gallery will be hosting 3 mixed collections throughout the year, and 6 summer exhibitions. In addition we will be at the Chapel Row Gallery in Bath from 11th – 24th of June exhibiting work by Rosemary Trestini, supported by Maggie Matthews, Gary Long and Robert Pittam. We will finish off the season at the Affordable Art Fair in Battersea Park, with work from nine of our stable of artists.

As in previous years, Andalucian Adventures will be holding painting holidays based on the island – please click here for complete details.
