Tresco Timeshare Internal Exchange
If you would like to try and swap your week for a week on Tresco at a different time of year, please complete and submit the form below. We will then add you to the Internal Exchange list and email you the current list.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRESCO INTERNAL EXCHANGE
- It is the Timesharer's responsibility to contact other Timesharers and arrange their own exchange.
- A successful exchange should be notified in writing to the Island Office immediately.
- The Timesharer agrees for their details being made available to other Timesharers.
- A Timeshare week cannot be on the Internal Exchange list and the Rental Availability list at the same time.
- Tresco Estate cannot accept responsibility for any errors or mistakes arising from an Internal Exchange.
- Please contact Tresco Estate in writing if you wish to come off the Internal Exchange list.
- The Internal Exchnage list opens in July for the following year and only operates one year ahead.
- There is no fee for being on the Internal Exchange list.
- Timesharers remain responsible for the payment of their own Service Charge.
