Restaurant Supervisor - Flying Boat Club
January/February until October
The Flying Boat Club is a stunning beachside development opened in 2008, consisting of 12 luxury cottages, Flying Boat Club restaurant and leisure spa.
We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to help ensure the Flying Boat Club continues to offer the best possible service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards and the smooth running of the Restaurant and Bar area. A pre-requisite for this position is the possession of excellent customer service and people management skills.
Previous management/supervisory experience in quality fine dining establishment and an excellent knowledge of food and wine is essential.
Accommodation will be provided, Salary depending on experience.
