Get creative with Daisy Cupcakes – 13th-16th September
Learn how to make your very own beautiful and edible works of art with specialist Alison Goddard, and, what’s more, leave with 6 pretty, and tasty, cupcakes to impress your travelling companions.

Artisan breadmaking with BakerTom -  28th- 30th September
Roll up your sleeves to discover the age-old secrets of our master bakers and knead your way to the perfect loaf with BakerTom, Cornwall’s number one speciality baker.  
Whether you’re partial to a rye, malthouse, sourdough or focaccia, Tom will guide you through century-old bread making techniques to ensure you make delicious, wholesome bread that’s as much a joy to bake as to eat.

All things fishy with Mathew Stevens - 5th & 6th October
Surrounded by the ocean, seafood always features highly on the Tresco menu.  A master of his craft, Mathew, of Mathew Stevens & Son, will be giving an entertaining and simple hands-on demonstration in fish filleting and preparation.

Pasty making with Charlie Choak - 21st, 22nd & 23rd October
Charlie Choak (the pasty bloke) is third generation pasty maker and has been making pasties for over 50 years. Join him at Sunfish and learn to make your own!

On Bryher: Gourmet food foraging at Hell Bay with Rachel Lambert 21st-24th September
Get out and about on Scilly with wild food expert Rachel Lambert. This tailored break includes four half-day guided walks across four different islands, afternoon tea and evening meals incorporating each day’s wild foraged finds.
